Windows Media Player question

Post by c152pilot7 »

Has anyone noticed a terribly annoying hissing recently in the Windows Media HI stream? I've never noticed until very recently and I'm wondering if some setting is messed up somewhere on my computer. The Windows Media LO stream sounds fine, but the hiss is obviously very amplified in the HI stream and its annoying to the point that my recordings are screwed up. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, I too have noticed it and switched to the MP3 feed using WinAmp instead.
