A question from a novice.
Can you record the audio streaming shows from Margaritaville, etc.,
using Total Recorder or equivalent if all you have is a dial-up connection.

You probably can't do anything else because you will get lots of buffering.

I used to do it all the time but the sound quality is not as good since the bit rate is lower for dialup. Be sure to check the remove silence option in recording sources and parameters, otherwise you may get a lot of gaps in the recording on dialup.
