hey guys i saw this on eBay... what do you guys say one person bids on it, we split the cost, and we can make copies for everyone?

Why not drive up the bid so far that no one afford it and while you're at it, report the scum to eBay for selling bootlegs, which is illegal. Not to mention, there's no reason to buy them these days when they're traded for FREE all of the time.

I'll agree with you on the buying part. There's no reason people should be charging others. But why not trade? I don't see anything wrong with it.

I see nothing whatsoever the matter with trading. The main thing is that no money changes hands. This has been going on for many years in the Grateful Dead community and is now commonplace among many bands.
