Free (second) Sirius Radio for existing subscribers

Post by tjtryon »

For any of you Sirius subscribers out there looking for a second reciever, check your email. I just got one advertising a "free" Starmate with the purchase of a home kit and 6 month "second" subscription, so I thought I'd check it out. I logged in, and apparently you can also get a free Sirius 1 radio (no home kit) with the purchase of the 6 month sub and $8 shipping. That's not too bad of a deal, I may have to pick up another for the lovely wife's car (already have on in mine - Sirius 1 - as well as one on the boat - built in Clarion Marine Unit).

I think the deal is good through 5/1.

They also had the twin pack of Sirius 1s for free, though I imagine you'd need 2 x 6 month subs.

Doesn't sound like too bad of a deal, though I'd mention it.

I got the email the other day too, I meant to ask my friend who has been wanting Sirius for a while if she wanted to go in on it, but since I picked the email up yesterday, and she never called me back, guess she's outta luck
I still love old magazines and Snickers bars....
