I assume that's what you mean by parameters?

There's no difference when I listen to it on a burned disc. When I talk about quality, I'm referring to recording from the RM stream as opposed to sirius. Did you listen to the entire show? I think I remember that the start of Coastal Confessions sounded low, but the sound eventually improved. The only other thing I can think of would be your stereo's settings or the speakers. Try listening to it on another system.Bob Roberts wrote:Well, I pulled the concert off the FTP site. However, when I tried to burn it to a disc to listen to in my truck, it lowered Jimmy's voice about an octave.
It must be having trouble with the recording quality. Any ideas?
In Firefox, use copy to or save as to download the files. In IE, which I think is easier to download from, just keep trying. It took me forever to get on for the first time. Also, it will only allow a certain number of users at one time. Is it saying something like, "error: too many users"?spartan1979 wrote:If I open this in Firefox, all it does is play in QuickTime. If I use IE, then it wants a user name and pasword, but jimmy and buffett (all in lower case) don't seem to work. Any suggestions.
Thanks.
Try this link. If this is the site you've been trying to access, then use the link I posted earlier. Both sites have the same stuff. Just keep trying. Trust me, it can take awhile.spartan1979 wrote:In IE it says "Could not login to the FTP server with the user name and password specified"
In firefox, the only options when I right click are to save link as or to copy the link location. But I never get asked for the password or userid in firefox.
