I guess your mailer this week disproves that, but I thought that was the deal??
A 2 oz. letter went down from 63 cents to 58, a 3 oz. letter down to .75 from .87
A friend that's getting married in July sent her invitations out way, way early to beat the "increase". I didn't have the heart to tell her she actually spent more.
YOu do have to admit it tho 1.47 ( or whatever you have to spend )to send a cd off to the next guy in line is pretty inexpensive for the product you have in return. Or am I the only one who thinks this way. A live recording is a better souvenier of a show you went to thatn a 35.00 t shirt

Good answer>>> Lets face it your getting a "Bootleg" that used to sell on ebay for anything from $15 up for under $2.00 and also lets face it though people feal they are getting ripped off by the post office by the rates, can you drive to where ever you sent the last CD for under $2.00. Hell I can't even cut my grass for under that price.
