j44myette, thanks a million for doing this. It's pholks like you that make this site so great. One question though, did something happen during the recording of Frank And Lola? The beginning is there and the end is there, but there's no middle part to it. I thought the file size seemed a bit too small at 1.6 mb, and after listening to it, I was right. Again, we all really appreciate your hard work on this, but what happened to Frank And Lola.....did they skip out to find a little privacy? :D

Reefdiver,

I thought I saw many Franks and Lolas rolling around in the lawn. So much for privacy huh? :D

A few tracks....

Post by j44myette »

Hey
I got a few emails that 3 of the tracks were weird. I fixed them and put them up on dropboks again.

They were:

Brown Eyed Girl
Jamaica Mistaica
Frank and Lola.

I just put them up there 11:00am(EST) Wednesday.

Sorry, Hope it doesn't cause too much pain.

I figure we are ready to start the vine. I know the list is out there. I am going to listen to all tracks again, and then we can get started.

Send me a PM with the first name!

I'm sure it's not just my opinion that it's no pain at all. I'm so thankful that you recorded it and are sharing it with us all!

Mediamax did some massive upgrade to their servers. They seem to be coming back up now. Keep trying... I know it took me 2 or 3 tries to log in today.

If they want to attract business they are going about it the wrong way. Going a whole week without access to files would make me angry if I were a paying customer!

The reason I ask this dewyduster is so many times we hear and see people put their names on a vine and then someone on the list fails to follow through. With placing a concert on a site people can go there and download and upload concerts that they like and want to share. Seems to me a win win situation. Lets hope those sites don't screw us by pulling the concerts.

I tip my hat to you and others who have done this in the past and say THANK YOU!

We're getting closer... the site is letting me log in but will not let me upload yet. Hopefully by tonight it will be working again. The first concert I will post is the one from Bristow. I will also post Camden and Atlantic City. I will try to get the Pittsburgh show if I can.

OK... Mediamax is REALLY getting on my nerves. It won't allow me to upload anything.

So it may be time to breathe in, breathe out and move on to another file hosting site. I will keep everyone posted.

Am at the dropbox site as I'm typing. What a sweet method of getting the songs. Thank you, thank you. I'll play them and if they all work, I'll take my name off the vine list.

I got this off the site mentioned above and thank you for adding it.. i was there that night and it was a teriffic show. My only gripe is i wish whom ever cut it left him talking inbetween songs, thats one of the best things about his shows.. if anyone has the show complete with him talking between songs please let me know.. thanks again
