so I have an idea..
and I do the test run on it tonight..
so the taste idea was great!!
just the plan.. well not so good.
I melted some Carmels into a graham cracker crust
and poured in a cheesecake batter? mix? filling!!!
over it. the carmels got hard again.. too hard to cut the
cheesecake into slices..
Oh well great idea.. just poor delivery.
I will try again

Or maybe adding a tad of cream or milk to your melted caramels and don't get them too hot.

That sounds worthy!
And have you tried Philadelphia brand cheesecake mix? It comes in tub like Cool Whip. Dangerous!
