Looking for New Orleans Jazzfest and Jones Beach Shows

I dont have much to trade for (especially anything any parrotheads dont already own!!) as Im just beginning...but I'm looking for either of theses shows, good quality if possible..I was at Jones Beach show and Ive heard that New Orleans is one of his best this year...any help would be appreciated....Thanks!

The reason why I'd like to have the Jones Beach show (8/27/02) is that it was my 17 yr old son's 1st Buffet/parrothead experience with me and I wanted to give him a copy for his birthday in a couple weeks...he is a budding parrothead now!!! I'd like it if it was from the RadioMargaritaville webcast as I'm sure that would be great quality!!! Thanks again all!!!

Hi Renegade,
I can help you out on both of those, but the Jones Beach show was an exception to the rule on Radio Marg broadcasts. The internet in general was bad last night so there are 4 partial songs, 2 missing songs, and a lot of bad spots early in the show. I can record what I've got for you though. I have a good recording of the Jazzfest 5/4/02 show.

Thanks SC!! It figures the show I go to has the worst sound quality on RM!! With my luck I'm surprised the stage didnt sink into the bay last night!!! I sent ya a PM...If anyone did happen to get the whole show clear, also let me know, but SC I'll definietly take u up on your offer!! Thanks..I still say theres no nicer people on earth then PARROTHEADS!!!

Well, both shows I've been to this year had bad Radio Marg feeds so don't feel bad! I sent you a PM with info on what/where to send.

Also, to any parrotheads who attended the Jones Beach 8/27 show and want a copy despite the Radio Marg problems:
I got it tracked and cleaned up as much as possible. The problems are:
- Bad spots scattered throughout, although after FSOTW came back it seemed fairly clean
- In Set One, Radio Marg died and lost end of WDWGD, all of Cheeseburger, and the intro to Last Man Standing
- In Set Two, Radio Marg died again and lost end of Autour de Rocher, all of Volcano, and about 2/3 of FSOTW.

Just PM me if you're interested in what I do have. I have a lot of requests going on for the Indy 8/22 show, but will do stuff as fast as I can.
