I need this recipe! Currently in the Redneck Riviera, and work for a National Baking Company...I've been going around getting the stores up and trying to increase sales.....We sell a TON of BBQ Corn Chips...I found putting recipes out really helps sales!

1. Fritios on Plate

2. Add BBQ Meat

3. Add a little Baked Beans, Maybe a Little Cole Slaw!

4. Add Onions

5. Add Cheese

6. Add a little BBQ Sauce


I guess you can zap it to melt cheese, but my BBQ & Beans is hot and cheese melts on them. I just throw it togther. It's a Frito Pie.
