Well we haven't heard from the master mind of this master plan since May. We might just have to work it out on our own.

I'm a little confused as to who has received the DVD and who has not. For the people that originally signed up under me, I'll be working on that for you. It looks like there are still blank spots, PM them and see if they still want to be involved with distributing this DVD.

I think we need to get the originator back in this thread to organize things.
