It is a very good point that the lead in to the song is a part of that song and not the end of the song before it. Although it's annoying to fast forward through talk when you don't want to hear it, it makes sense to be in the lead-in to the track. I've been setting tracks to auto bypass the talk before some of his live stuff so I'm not cutting it out, but I am automatically skipping over it.

On a separate note, has anyone else noticed that Jimmy says things like "We're gonna do a little song for ya" or "here's a little song" "this is a little song..." about a hundred times a show. I never paid much attention until recently when I was shuffling through some of his live stuff on my iPod and in every song I came to, the track started with "... a little song..." Just thought that was amusing.
