Actually I used the shredded chicken and rolled the concoction into syrian bread, a little messy,but still good, we also tried it on celery sticks. Our conclusion, whether you're interested or not, was that shredded chicken was good for dipping or stuffing celery, but if you want it in a sandwich, chunkier chicken would probably work better
