Not quite, mate! That show will be broadcast Friday night. Since it will be a replay, RM usually cuts the closing audience sound after a few seconds anyway.

Won't say I haven't thought about listening real close to the closing few seconds when that is broadcast. Wonder if his mic was still on.....

Sometimes with the live shows, they let the applause run for several seconds. On the replays, they usually cut the applause pretty quick after Jimmy says his last "Thank you" or "Good night". The fall was about 10 seconds or so after his last comment. I'm sure the mic was still on, but he was probably not close enough to it to hear him during the fall.

Yeah, you're right. I was thinking a wireless mic he would be wearing, but doing a last solo acoustic song, he was using a mic stand. Good, cause reading what Creeky described as the look of horror on his face, not sure I'd want to hear what came out of his mouth!
