Sunlover, 8.29.00 Jones Beach?

Post by maid memories »

I've been listening to this replay tonight and I'm in love with some of the stuff I've not heard live. I checked the servers and it's not there. What are the odds you can catch another replay this weekend and record?

I'll send you cookies...or something else fun.

I have already captured this show on the Tuesday night replay and should be able to edit and post it this weekend.

I have not heard the show, but looking at the setlist, it looks like a fun show. Quite a few songs that he has not done much lately...

Very nice set list! I am thinking about getting an ipod touch. If I do, it looks like I will need to get something bigger than the 32gb one I have now.

I have a 32gb touch. My ex filled it with some amazing music (that isn't backed up on my computer), but it's full. I'm thinking of going with a Classic 160gb and essentiallly turning my touch into my Buffett/John Mayer iPod.

I should have gone with a classic in the first place. I have a stupid smart phone and rarely use the wi-fi functionality of the Touch.

Thanks so much for doing this for us. Not just this time, but all the time. I have loved being able to go back and pull up shows that I went to or replays that I hear (like this one) that are just a lot of fun.

You're welcome! This was definitely a fun show to edit. I liked hearing the Mission Impossible style skit that they did ("I'm not wearing this plastic @$$ again!" -Michael Utley) as well as some of the songs he doesn't do much at shows, like Who's The Blonde Stranger, That's What Living Is To Me, and Island. This show also includes If I Had A Boat.
