An older patron of my breakfast diner is challenged, but has good recall and loves old TY shows. I challenge him with TV trivia and sometimes he amazes me. I was going to name most of the cast in a 60's sitcom and started with the smallest part, then say more actors to see if he remembered. I said, "Ivan Dixon" and he immediately yelled,"Hogan's Heroes!"
I laughed as I didn't even name the others.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

BUT tetanus is something you do NOT want to take a chance with. :o Are you up-to-date on your vaccines? The mother of a friend of ours got infected somewhere (they have no idea where) and by the time she went to a doctor it was too late... and let's just say, it was NOT a nice way to go...
I believe I'm up to date. I'll have to message the doctor in the morning. I guess I'll just be sitting here in limbo...
Maybe my imagination and all this worrying has made me paranoid. Like some sort of placebo effect on myself :-? Nocebo effect

I got a box of lemon poppyseed and a box of red velvet, they come 2 in a box. I like orange cranberry too but they changed the recipe a few years ago. They put walnuts in them now and I don't like walnuts.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Our youngest daughter and son in law bought it when we felt the need to downsize after my valve replacement.
We can't wait to get back out in the country!
This has been a long time coming for you folks!!!

Here's the update. Main doctor's out, so I'm dealing with a different one. Said that I don't have any shots "to do." Or as I like to call it: "No shots on the dashboard." So, it looks like I'm caught up for now... :)

YAY! That had to put your mind at ease! It would be very rare to get a tetanus infection without a puncture wound, but now you don't have to worry!
