Back in the good old days (or were those the good young days and we're in the good old days now?) I would pop a couple of ibuprofens before physical activity and that would seem to help. I had my left knee scoped twice and my right knee once for torn menisci. My orthopedic surgeon was telling me how bad my knees were and I said that I supposed it was due to the wear and tear from all the downhill skiing, football, racquetball, long distance biking, backpacking, etc.. "No," he said, "it's because you are getting old." I was 40 at the time!Linda! Linda! Linda! wrote: Hello folks! My torn meniscus knee is not happy. Popped some heavy duty prescription Naproxen which usually does the trick after a few doses.

After the signing I had my dental appointment to remove the remainder of the broken tooth.
