Good morning BN. My senior year in college had some weekends start early which made for some hurtful Fridays. I never had a double bender at a Buffett show. How about you?

It's already 60 here, and heading to mid 80's again.

Nothing on my agenda to do today. I ran the dishwasher, and 3 loads of laundry yesterday. I got some new kitchen towels so I washed those.

That's all the excitement I have.

There's a hockey game on tonight but other than that I don't have anything planned. Probably head to the park later, it's 73 degrees.

Tropical Storm Isaias is now a hurricane, the first of the season. It's supposed to make landfall somewhere along the Alabama coast or the Florida panhandle. It won't hit the Carolinas but the weather guy said there's so much moisture in the storm there will probably be a lot of rain over the weekend.

I would say no "double benders" at Buffett (close but not quite). My trip to Cincinnati 20 years ago for JB was probably my most "hurtful" result of all-day "Workin' & Playin". Surprising as I did quite a bit of roaming around Kellogg Ave that day. Drawing a blank on what Captain Flock called his party ball concoction, _____ Juice. May have just been Flock Juice?? but that doesn't really sound right either. That may or may not have contributed to my state of mind that day/night.

Nice fall day here, Partly cloudy skies, a little breezy but pleasant mid 60's. Have the office front door open to catch some of that great fresh air. Wishing this WAS Friday, although Saturday's weather report looks to bump up the temps by 10 degrees. I'll take it.

While I was at the park walking, 2 young black couples were approaching from the other direction. As we got closer to each other one of the guys stuck out his fist and said "how's it going, boss man?" I didn't want to be rude so I said "how you doing?" and fist bumped him.

Upon further review I now recall a High School buddy had a concoction called Moose Juice! I think it could have been sloe gin & 7 up, but then again I’m already 0-1 on my booze recollection today
