Need Help with Total recorder!

Hi, I am looking to be able to record a show and then burn it to my cd. I can record on Total recorder, but then I don't know what to do after that, could anyone please help with information, it will be greatly appreciated.

Get Cd wave editor, and if the file is already a .wav you can open and spilt it up, if it's mp3 convert it to .wav and spilt it up. Very easy. :D
