Blackjack -- good for you. Glad you had a good time -- the set lists sound like they were great, & I'm sure the shows were fun in spite of recent changes. Those of us who don't have a show in the near future enjoy hearing from people who attended & appreciated the show -- even if it's not exactly what it used to be with Mac & Fingers, I rather suspect it's a helluva lot better than not seeing Jimmy at all.

&, btw, I suspect someone's merely not up to spelling 'guano' properly -- though it would certainly be an appropriate name.

Glad you had a good time -- please post all details for those of us who weren't in the 'hood.

well duh,

another great show. Jimmy went on at about 8:13pm. (see set list above) and same as Thursday buzzed the crowd with the Hemisphere Dancer (his seaplane) about 45 minutes before the show.

Had 8th row on Thursday and lawn tonight and still love the lawn a little more. Had 16 people with us and 6 were Buffett virgins and ALL swear to be back next time.

Maybe Bat Guano should give up on Bubba if he's lost that lovin' feelin.

Blackjack,

Agreed -- you know, with all the horror stories of how painful & expensive it is to acquire tickets, reading through this just amazes me -- why are people who are so prone to complain about the experience so anxious to participate? & why, oh why, do people who merely go to get so wasted that they can't remember the show, or do so & cause disruptive experiences for others, go to the time & trouble to attend? & (MOST OF ALL), why are they wasting tickets for people who could really appreciate it? (Like Timmy, who's been posting here -- now there's somebody who would have had a good time.) Nothing wrong with a few boat drinks, but I think people need to be responsible (I've had a couple scares driving home from concerts with people literally stumbling out into traffic in front of my car) & I just wish the whiners would give it up & grow up.

For those of you (probably 99-44/100%) who attended & enjoyed, I'm pleased you had fun, hope you all made it home safely, & phins up!!

Number 16 for me and this was is in my top three-Any show with That wHats Living is to me is great!!! Clint Black was super, but Fingers and Mac are missed-I really miss The City by Mac. Great version of Blonde Stranger. Jimmy is still going VERY STRONG-Leave your complaining at home-he still rules.

Jim,
I'm right here with ya... writing out bills, having a beer, and listening to Jimmy. Real Audio is better, now that I've got my cable modem!

Shawn,
It sure is smoother with the cable modem. No breaks so far tonight. I had problems with the connection on Thursday because I had to listen to it on my laptop from a hotel away from home. Why don't you just forget about the bills for awhile.

I may sound like a computer idiot, but what is a cable modem? I have been listening on my regular pc and have had several break-ups and had to reconnect to RM once. Thanks! Great show so far! Can't wait til Nissan next week!!

I have internet service through my cable company... RCN. You install a network card in your PC and they come and hook you up through a cable modem. It's not like a dial up service. When you turn your computer on, you are already on they Internet. The speed is awesome! At times, I'm about 50X faster than my 56K modem... So no drop outs.

Fins Up!

I am going to Tuesday nights concert at Pine Knob...I can't wait.
I was just wondering...
(1) Is Clint Black going to be there?
(2) If not, will this impact on the set list?
(3) What time does the parking lot open for tailgating?
(4) Is Pine Knob know for handing out "tickets" for alcohol at the tale-gate?
If anyone can help, thanks.

Need Help

Don't know if Mr. Black will be at Pine Knob, he's got a Fan Fair signing until 4pm, I suppose it is possible to get from Nashville to Detroit in time for the show.

My experience has been parking lot opens around 1 or 2pm, officially they say 5p, but if you wait 'till then you'll be hard pressed to find a space.

Pine Knob would have to ticket the whole crowd for drinking, no one would be left for the show. They do want bee in cups and no bottles. We have our Buffett blender for the margaritas. Come and join us.
