Karen, are you talking about "I'd like to think I'll make it to 2001. Will the party be at my house . . . " My husband fusses at me telling me to quit reading between the songlines. I believe he said, "See you next year" in St. Louis. I wish confirmed reports would flow in from the remainder of his concerts so I could quit worrying about it.

WD: What was I supposed to say? "No, I was laughing at this really, really funny lady from my alter life!" (which by the way is so much better than this life!) "What life? Well, my parrot-head existence. What do we do? Well -- dream about the Caribbean, and drink, and do some charity work, and drink, and pray when needed (God is a PH, after all), and drink, and have really good food, and talk about drinking, and dance, and love life, and support one another, and laugh like tiny children. Saturday night was my first Buffett concert. My girlfriend and I went and had a truly magical night. The full moon was glistening, and Jimmy was jumping around like a little boy jacked up on Jolt Cola. It was really a treat. Sorry for my generation and the seemigly endless number of complaints all you older parrotheads have about "us." I'm 23 and do not like fights or fools that buy tickets so that I have to pay $80.00 for my birthday present to see Jimmy. Anyway, I loved the music, not the beers, so perhaps there is hope for us youngsters!
