We both have them.... I got one and MrsSPH was pleased that it stopped my snoring and so I suggested that she get one too but she was idignant and said she didn't snore. Hah! She did the sleep study and sure enough she too has sleep apnea and got a machinge too. Ah, peace and quiet for both of us. She uses distilled water, I don't (my doctor sez that Seattle's tap water is just fine.)

Well, as long as they help all of you, then it's a good thing! :) E didn't really snore much, unless he was on his back, but he almost always laid on one side or the other.

And I got TWO boxes of pictures/stuff on walls packed. I left several of the ones of he and me - I'll get those down just before I move. I have another box or two to pack, and some are just too big to back, I'll just have to wrap them in beach towels.

Glad you can park now, tho!! :D
Yes. Kevin for abt 30 yrs. Me abt 12. Kevin can’t sleep without it. I can but shouldn’t. I’m a stomach sleeper and Kevin said there’s no way I could sleep like that. I do just fine. Never felt any different but understand it’s much better for my heart, lungs and other organs.

Not so much the snoring for me….just the issue of not breathing.

Kevin was a huge snorer and then would just stop breathing until I shook him.

April 18th!!! Then I have THIS apartment for another week so I can do a little cleaning. Since they're going to re-do flooring in the entire place AND all the kitchen cabinets and counters? I really don't have to clean a lot (I asked the office), but leave the stove and fridge cleaned. Fridge IS clean now, and the oven is a self cleaning one, and I'll do that later this week, when it's cooler outside, and I can open windows.

How funny... I need to run the self-clean on my oven, but I am waiting for the temperature to get WARM enough to open my kitchen window!

     Smaller kitchen space, and it really gets REALLY warm when I run it. And our temps have been in the 70's and upper 80's lately.
