Has there been a change to the ftp site? It now says that anonymous log-ons are not allowed. Has there been a new login process put in? If so please advise.

I don't have a static IP...if I for some reason have to reboot, the IP of the site changes. I update it in the first post of this thread when this happens.

I am having no luck what so ever opening the site or finding what's available. I downloaded the right software, but that is as far as I have gotten. Can anyone send me a direct link that will get me to the right place? I am a computer illiterate idiot!

No, its up...when he tried to get on last night the server was already full of people d/l'ing the Fenway shows.

The upload directory is a separate login anyway, so you're good to go.

K, I'm putting four concerts up there. You didn't have them on the screencaps you posted early in the thread. Hopefully you don't already have these. Of special note is the Live at Lulu's show which is FANTASTIC.

If you want faster uploads from people, maybe you could allow more than one connection per IP. Using filezilla you can make multiple connections to servers, and therefore upload many files at once instead of one at a time. Just a thought :) Wouldn't want to do that for the downloaders ;)

Hmm....good point, that won't take from the download bandwidth...I just made that change so you can have multiple upload logins. Thanks again! :pirate: :P

Hi,

I'm new to your ftp site. I finally get connected and recieve the following:

Status: Connected with 69.47.222.187. Waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 What up!
Command: USER Anonymous
Response: 331 User name okay, please send complete E-mail address as password.
Command: PASS ********************
Response: 530 Sorry, no ANONYMOUS access allowed.
Error: Unable to connect!

I have tried to use both anonymous and later my e-mail address as directed above. Still no luck. Any suggestions?

Hey peeps...just a quick note. First off, thanks to those of you who have uploaded shows, there are a handful of you who have sent several. Second, as most of you notice, the site is usually pretty busy. I've been giving permanent logins to those who have been uploading that allow them access regardless of the user count on the server. They deserve it. I'm going to extend this offer to all, if you wish to trade shows and have access at any time, PM me and we can work out the details. However, this is only if you have shows to trade, uploading WILL be required.

Also, due to some peoples excessive leaching, I've been considering making it a credited site. Meaning to download X amount of info, you have to upload X amount to earn 'credit'. I'd love to hear some feedback on this. My initial thoughts was to leave a handfull of recent shows as 'freebies' that anyone can download regardless of credit and if you want more then you'd have to upload. Of course, the uploads need to be A) something I don't have and B) Something I'd want.

So...send me your thoughts, ideas, feedback, etc. :pirate:
