:oops: might wanna put that in the oven at 350 for about
45 minutes to warm it all up..

Macaroni & Cheese

1 c uncooked macaroni
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 c milk
1 c grated cheddar cheese

cook macaroni according to package directions. Set aside. melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Very slowly add milk, blending until mixture is smooth. Return to heat and cook slowly until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour over macaroni & serve hot.

coat pan with olive oil
cover with extra cheese and pepperoni

heat.

open beer.

Cake Mix Cookies


1 box cake mix, most any flavor (no pudding added types)
1/4 C. shortening
1 egg
3-5 T water
6 oz package chocolate chips (or other flavored chips)

Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoonful on to an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes @ 350. Remove immediately.

Here's my quick easy, when the wife is out

1 stick of butter
1/2 pound of shrimp uncooked, peeled
3 tablespoons of chopped garlic
pepper to taste

box of garlic rice, follow directions on box, 10 minutes in the microwave

On medium high heat, in a frying pan, toss the stick of butter in, add the the garlic and brown, when garlic is brown toss in the shrimp, cook til shrimp is done,

Toss the rice onto a plate, pour the shrimp, garlic, and butter over the rice add pepper to taste :wink:
