USUALLY, if the police can see that it is ETOH that you are consuming, they have to inforce the law. However, if you drink something that appears to be kool-aid (like my blue margaritas) or pour your beer into a large colored plastic cup and hide the bottle/can, and don't become so visably intoxicated that it becomes obvious to the village idiot, you should be able to enjoy your party. I'm assuming you are of age and drink responsibly. If not, no amount of discetion will keep you out of jail.

There aren't many. Check some other posts under "events". There looks to be some hotel parties. You can get away with some tailgating at Tinley. But it isn't full-blown.

Tinley is very notoroius for being tuff on tailgaters. The Chicago Parrot Head club has a pre-concert party at a forest preserve nearby. Check to see if they have a website with more info.

I need to give props to my man in Ft. Lauderdale. I thought i was the king of the Buffett tailgate party, but i have been out done. Old boy brought and gave out lobster tails (big ones rock lobster) a big old batch of gumbo (Yes it is a little like religon and alot like sex). Not to mention the stories, videos and GOOD BOOZE. So to my boy thanks for the good times and good food and hope to party with you again.
P.S. to the guys that got hauled in by the police for the "show tits for a liqour shot" where with you brother. Those a**hole cops where out of line. PARTY ON!

Every year in San Diego....we mix a five gallon container with Margaritas.....as it goes down....we replenish.....lasts the entire day & night.
