should i skip cornhole. i pmed him twice and emailed him. no response and its been since monday or tuesday
edit: actually this guy seems very inactive.. hasn't opened my pm's .. i'm gonna ask adam his contact info and i'll send it to him.. it irritates me when people aren't accessable.. gonna skip this cornhole guy

I have a guy who has my discs for two going on three weeks now. It looks like I will have to reburn and reship. (Incidentally, the recording you have was recorded by me.
). I think we as concert traders.viners/etc should set an acceptable time limit for someone to contact the seeder, the person on the list before you or after you. If within this alloted time there is no response, skip that person. If someone has the discs and is being similarly negligent, then a reburn would have to be done. Perhaps this could be a new implementation in accordance with the current vine regulations. Gee..that sound way too legal lol.
Any thoughts?

I think I agree. I think we should skip corehole, he/she can rejoin the vine later if he shows. All with a spirit of respect and cooperation:)

LOL! No, I am not talking about you. I am talking about someone who doesnt give a rats behind about other people on a vine or communicating with the seeder- the MSG vine to be exact. Sounds to me that you are the exact opposite.

I can tell you why, I thought I would help speed the vine up, I 'm getting the feeling that it was not cool, I sent a copy to #10 with instructions to pass it to #11,and so on and to #21 to pass it on to #22, and so on... this way people get copies "Sooner", sorry if I S#!T in your pile,
I honestly didn't think it would be a bad thing to do but maybe you should put it in the Vine rules, it seemed like things got bogged down at #3, I volunteered to do this, I put my own stamps on and I paid for all the discs and cases, and I thought people would be appreciative
so put me on the vine wreckers list or whatever, and with that I'll go back into my hole.
Gr8teful and Lost shaker send the discs back, Spooner says you can't have em yet!

I am not the seeder. But have you asked him if it was ok for you to take things into your own hands? It just seems inappropriate to me if you haven't - much like your comments. But..water off a duck's back here lol.

Now water my duck with this question, Was it you that was upset that people sit on "Your" discs for weeks at a time? now you're upset that someone is moving things along? are you the Vine police? and again who is inapropriate?
Total turnaround time from reception of discs to sending them out was 18 hours, sorry I lagged

Given the way the vines have been being abused, I just wanted to see if this was approved. While I am not the seeder, the show was recorded, broken into tracks and tweaked by me. You can check the first page of this topic for the particulars.
Not once have I been hostile, belligerent or nasty to you. There is no need for you do address me the way you have been. I'm not going to participate in a p*** match with you. So just relax yourself and have another drink.

Dude, I wasn't angry till that last comment, I was irritated at you for jumping up and down about who's messin' with the vine, without even having the common decency to PM me with your problem. Now I'm over the edge.
How did I address you? as the guy who posts angrily about vine killers and people who lag on sending on recordings?

Damn, this took a nasty turn. I seeded this vine from a copy of the show I got from spoonerhizolehound. Delaney'sDad contacted me via PM about getting a copy of the show. He sent CDs in a SASE. I burned the show and sent them back. He then offered to forward to show along to other members on the vine. He didn't have to, but he did. As the seeder for this vine, I have no problem with someone else taking time and effort to move the thread along. This way more people have a chance of getting their own copy of the show.

Hey Silverbetty,
There was nothing posted about it and that is why I asked. I probably should have just pm'ed you and avoided the nonsense. That was my mistake and I apologize for not pm'ing you directly. I was just trying to look out for the vine. I'm all for someone trying to help things along. That's why I asked. That's why I seed and set up a server for others to download shows the day after a show. I was trying to help. If our vines are going to work, we need everyone's help and cooperation. In the future, I will just contact the seeder and avoid any nonsense.
Recently, Gingerbreadman and I spoke of splitting up the Vegas vine. He wanted to help things mover quickly. We asked the viners what they thought. They agreed and we posted the new vine lists, who was on which list and who was seeding that particular list. It seems to be working well so far. Let's hope it continues that way for all of us.
