Don't worry. They're happy to sell you beer. Just have your ID on you no matter how many gray hairs and wrinkles you may or may not be showing. $7 for a large draft, $6 for bottled and they may have been selling some mixed drink type stuff, but I'm not sure on that.

f anyone went to the Merriweather show on 8/24,
please give us who are going to the 8/26 some info on how the tailgating was. Was it really no food, no beverages, no coolers, as the Merriweather web site says (
http://www.mppconcerts.com/policies)?
Info please!!
Thanks much

To anyone that went to the Thursday night show and sat on the lawn...what is the deal regarding chairs? The policies section at the MPP website says no lawn chairs yet when you look at the photos on the website, there are tons of chairs in the lawn section. Can anyone tell me whether they really are allowed or not?

The parking lot scene on Thursday night was nothing short of terrible. The cops were out in full force making tailgating quite difficult. But a little hard work pays off, and as long as we are sneaky, it isn't too difficult to party. I still saw many drinking, but everyone was sneaky and upset at how hard iot was to do so.

I'll be back Sat. to thwart the cops again.

I went to the 8/24 concert and loved every minute of it. My second concert this year. Camden being the first. Enjoyed Merriweather much more. Could have been the company. Can't wait to do it again.

One- the howard county stormtroopers were in full force on thurs. I am also going tommorrow
and I am sure the merriweather post pennitentary
(spelling?) will have all there goons out in full force. It was kind of Ok though, with no tailgating I actually went in before 7:00 and caught all of Club Trini, What a blast! They do
not allow lawn chairs, there were all kinds of people with camera's and such. A very restrained crowd for what I thought was a great concert.
See yall manana!
The weather is here, I wish you were beautiful.
