ok. i'm gonna bump this to the top with a drink i had last weekend.
Flaming Dr Pepper
6 ounces Light Beer (we use coors)
1 ounce Amaretto
1 dash 151 Proof Rum
Fill a beer mug about 1/2 full with beer.
Fill a shot glass almost full with Amaretto and use the back of a spoon to layer the Bacardi 151on top of the glass.
Ignite the shot, admire the blue flame, and quickly drop the shot glass in the beer mug. Drink quickly.
it should taste like dr pepper when you are chugging it.
warning - the 151 is highly flammable. make sure you dont spill any on the counter and always keep the flame away from the bottle. it burns a deep blue, so it can be hard to see.

I have GOT to try this! Any recipe that uses the word "ickiness" makes me laugh....
With ginger liqueur, aged rum, and tropical juice, this drink has the flair of a tropical cocktail without any of the overly sweet ickiness.
With ginger liqueur, aged rum, and tropical juice, this drink has the flair of an umbrella-clad cocktail without any of the overly sweet ickiness.
What to buy: Orange-guava juice can be found canned and in frozen concentrate form in most grocery stores. If you are having a hard time finding it, you can also look in Japanese or Latin markets.
Ron Zacapa Centenario rum is an aged Guatemalan rum that can be found at specialty liquor stores. If you can’t find it, you can substitute a good-quality aged rum.
Domaine de Canton is a ginger-flavored liqueur that can be found at specialty liquor stores.
