"normal" pizza only. none of the new stuff. chicken doesn't belong on pizza.... neither does broccoli, or potatoes, or any other fancy-schmancy stuff.
no anchovies....
Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple) with added black olives. YUMMMM!!!!

I'm surprised it took you two minutes to comment.
Pizza Hut used to (and maybe still does) have a lunch pizza buffett.... one of the "pizzas" was a fruit pizza. more a tart, really, but YUMMY! Pizza dough cooked and cooled, then covered with fruit and drizzled with glaze.

I'm getting slow.
And I have had that fruit "pizza", have even made one at home. Now THAT is good!! No sauce, cheese or pepperoni.

honestly, I wouldn't want any other fruit on my pizzas, but the pineapple seems to fit with the ham, to my palate. but the thought of chicken or barbecue sauce on a pizza makes me want to yak....

I agree with you on all things ....... incl US bbq sauce - it is too strong.
But our BBQ sauce goes AMAZING on a pizza! Tried BBQ sauce pizza when I was over there and it was not a good fit ......

A few years back a TV station in Boston WBZ decided to run a contest to find the best pizza in New England...after going all over, they named a small chain of stores (think they have 5 all over New England) as being the winner. Since then, FOODIES gets recognized yearly for having great pies and having a selection of 60 different beers also helps
We are lucky enough to have one near us, and it is by far the best pizza. I am also lucky enough to have taken my fiance there on our first date, so it also adds to our love of the place.
As for my favorite pizza....pepperoni, mushroom and onion.....but as long as you're holding the anchovies, I'll have a slice

I do .. have my bottle out
fruit puree , water, tomato paste, apple paste, sugar, vinegar, wooster (cant be bothered spelling ) sauce .. and a few little usual things - thickener - that sort of thing.
It is more milder - does not have a "kick" like yours and does not overpower all the tastes of the toppings on a pizza.
