Dan -- Indy is always on Eastern Standard Time and is never on Eastern Daylight Time -- thus half the year (Apr-Oct) they are for all intensive purposes on CDT. Arizona is the same way I think.

Indy isn't in the Eastern time zone. Indy does not recognize daylight savings time, so at this time of year they are on the central time zone time.
