There really is no short way to do ribs and have them taste good-besides ordering out

Not sure it takes THAT much more time. Start the coals in the chimney starter and then prep the ingredients. Time your coals are ready, everything else is too. Tastes better too!!!

Invite 'em over. They won't mind as much. 8)
I agree. IMHO there is a difference in taste when using a gas grill vs using charcoal. I'll take a meal grilled or smoked using charcoal/wood anyday over gas.
