Another warm day today - and I woke up way too early (5:45).

A quick run to the grocery store for a few things, and to say goodbye to one of Cameron's co-workers who is moving to Nevada.

Happy the Avalanche won again last night!!

I have to remember to set the DVR, the 6th game of the Vegas-Anaheim series is tonight. If Vegas wins they move on to the next round and play Colorado. If Anaheim wins they go back to Vegas for game 7.

We are both losing hearing and I do mumble. In May turkey hunters . Shestop for breakfast at the local diner after being in the woods at 5AM . I mumbled "we may see wet turkey hunters." Anne did not hear turkey hunters, She heardCHURCH BUNNIES.

I must enunciate better.

Tough sports night for this guy. Was surfing between the hockey game & the Detroit Piston basketball game. Watching the games down the stretch was a chore. Both teams I was pulling for took overtime L's after blowing late seemingly safe leads. Tack on the Detroit Tigers taking an extra inning loss after jumping out to a 2-0 lead over the mighty NY Mets & I was left hollerin' Holy Hell in a Hand Basket Batman!! What just Happened!!

I'm at one of our local breweries. The last 3 or 4 times I was here there was a very attractive woman behind the bar. Today there's a guy with a funny haircut.

Out of the blue, while I was at the grocery store, I decided to make some beef stew. It'll make a lot, but I'll share it with my 2 previous neighbor friends, and Cameron & Sarah. I haven't cooked a full meal since November 2nd, 2025. So far, I'm enjoying getting in the groove again.

And it's simmering away...
