Good morning BN. I hope to hear this song at a Zac Brown show Saturday.

Hi Bill !
We saw Zac in 2010 when Jimmy was there for his first and only stop in Hershey PA . We have your art work from that show hanging in the garage with your other items that surround the beer tap fridge.

Good Morning My BN Friends!!!
Another hot one today. We are heading to Top Sail NC today to catch up with Tim & Anna - our youngest JB friends who actually live 3 miles from Hershey PA. We met Tim on this fantastic discussion board. They are great folks with 2 beautiful girls. Since we've been here they have visited us each year when they vacation in NC. Now it's our turn to visit them.
I''m going to call the dog warden tomorrow morning to report the pit bull that "visited" yesterday. While SC does not require a dog license it is mandatory that every dog be wearing a color with a rabies vaccine tag. Not sure just yet what we'll do about the trespassing issue.
Have fun today !

Good morning Bill, Linda, and BN!
Last day at my sister's house. They'll be home around noonish. Gonna take care of plant watering, and poo pick up this morning, before it gets too hot. Then pack up my stuff. Stop by the bank, and pick up my mail on the way home.
E and I saw Zac Brown 10 times over the years. Mostly here in Denver (1st time was at Red Rocks), but once in Tulsa.
Have a good Thursday!

Good morning Bill, Linda, Penny and those yet to visit!
Lovely song. I've yet to see the Zac Brown Band, but I love them. I believe they did Chicken Fried once with Jimmy.
Trying out some smilies recently....

Well, the dishes are all in the dishwasher. Dog food dishes are clean. I'm all packed, and will take a few things to my car (in the garage), just not the suitcase. Hard for me to lift it into my car. So not much else to do till they get back, and should be here in about 2 hours.

Good afternoon.
The NHL schedule for next season is supposed to be released this afternoon. The Vegas Golden Knights have had a home game Dec. 23 in 7 of their 9 years in the league and I've gone to 6 of them. I hope they have another one this year, I already have my hotel reservation.

Hearing a lot of thunder this morning (rare for us) and getting a little much needed rain. Not a downpour, but every drop helps!

Thanks for the video, Mel. At one concert I broke into tears over this song.
I have the misfortune of driving around Cleveland on a 4 lane in downpours. The weather report is for heavy ones Saturday. On top of that, my BN buddy , Bern, sent photos of the Canadian fire smoke there. It is poor visibility here, but there it looks like dense fog.

Video was weird, but loved Zac and Jimmy singing. Thanks, Mr. SPH.
I'm home now, and ALL unpacked. Stopped at the bank to deposit the cash my sister paid me for dog sitting.

We have had the same issues here. Just depends on what way the wind is blowing.

I have no photos... but yesterday and Tuesday, our sky had an eerie yellowish haze to it... Jim said the air had a "chemical-y" smell to it - at first, he thought I had done my nails!
This morning the sky was back to being blue and clear... but "they" say more smoke is heading in this evening.

Hi Kids!!
Our crazy heat appears to have dissipated since yesterday, but the smoke and haze really seems awful to me. Noticed yesterday afternoon when I was outside to move a sprinkler. My chest started to burn and the smell was like chemicals. Even my dog who loves outside didn’t want to stay out.
We have both laid low today as I have had a headache all day and trouble breathing from the ick. It seems to be clearing out a bit: the Air Quality Index this morning was like 426 which is off the charts bad. Now it is like 270, so we are heading in the right direction. Even being outside for more than 10 minutes I can tell things aren’t the best. It is like spring allergies combined with a chest cold.
I think I have matched Bill’s production level from yesterday. Haven’t done much other than some small tasks in the house.
Hoping tomorrow the air is better. I would like to be outside before our weather matches Rabbitz. I hope your toes warm up soon!!

I saw a post from the Zac Brown Band the other day say that Knees was release 15 years ago.
At that time I had little awareness of the band, apart from mentions and collaborations with Jimmy.
They came to Oz and played in Sydney, Mrs Rabz was a fan so we went as I basically knew exactly zero of their music it was interesting because I was able to listen to the band rather than the music (I guess decades as a roadie makes me do this!).
They present themselves as a bunch of red-neck country hicks, but I was astonished by how good each musician was and how tight they were as a group. This was all overlaid with a good, fun party-time atmosphere. I never got around to looking into it, but they struck me as a band full of session muso's, at the peak of their craft having fun and making a few bucks on tour. Much like the late-great Ian Dury's band the blockheads were.

I like your "review", Rabs. I love the band AND their music. It's not for everyone, but I LOVE them and so did E. Their first concert at Red Rocks here in Colorado, they were spreading some ashes as of a band member. Which is also why I spread some of E's ashes at the similar location. When they played there, Zac kept saying, "Wow" "Wow" over and over again.
This is the place, for those who have never been there. Amazing acoustics, and you can see downtown Denver in the distance.

That is an awesome photo, Penny!
I'm seeing Zac in an indoor stadium in downtown Cleveland. There is a baseball game and another event at the same time. Parking would be 100$ with a long walk to the venue. Bern's daughter will drive us and there.

I would love to see a show at Red Rocks. Always loved when people would post pics from the venue. It looks beautiful and like it is a must do venue.

It's a wonderful place, Mel. I've been there for several artists about 10+ times.
