taping policy and newbie needs help

Hello all i have a question and also need a favor.
I am wondering what buffetts taping policy is? do you need a taper ticket? any help would be greatly appreciated.
also i am a newbie to trading and as i do have some counting crows, DMB and phish bootlegs (which i dont have to many of any of these at all)
I could use a b &p or two to help get me started in this totally awsome hobby. please respond or email me at durra88@aol.com. thank you either way.
