Well, my girlfriend knows more than me, but the best i can say is it is sorta like a chat room that is set up for say buffett fans or whoever, and you can download music files from each other like on kazza. Except you are accessing each other's hard drives to get complete files, like a concert. Hope that made sense. It did when she explained it to me.

Nope I used to use DC++ but there were too many arseholes on there, and I wasnt getting anything in return.
