Please help with recording off RM and burning a cd

Hello, I have the Total Recorder & Cd Wave editor. Here's the problem, I don't have the slightest clue how to use it. I really want to tape the Concert replay tomorrow, it is a special show because that's where I met my wife. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could take a couple of minutes to write out how to record the show & then burn it on a cd. This would make an excellent present for my wife on our anniversary. If anyone could just write a simple directions email it would me the world to me. I thank you in advance for your time & information.
