Wrigley was absolutly PERFECT last night!! Perfect weather, sound was WAY beter then Tweeter(atleast from our seats)

I would LOVE a copy of this show.... LMK if you need some server space to up load some mp3's.... I could set you up your own FTP account.

Where were you sitting? Where we were we could hear some echos that were kinda annoying. We could hear the words of the songs pretty well, but what he said between songs was pretty muffled. I picked up things here and there. But over all.. Awesome time!!

The show will be to big for a regular email, usually over 100 mb's, you can use this service to send larger files like that
http://sendthisfile.com/

I have used this quite a lot and it works pretty good :D

We sat in section 216... just to the left of home plate. The sound was better then Tweeter. The only time you could not hear what he was saying was when the crowd was louder. And yes he did make reference too somebody with one on the way.... :)

I would also love a copy of Sunday, which I was at, as well as Monday if possible. Can send blanks, or have stuff to trade, or whatever else would help get er done.

btw - I'm on dialup, so I'd need actual CDs as opposed to downloads.

HAVANA DREAMER......we were in 216 on Sunday too! Is that when you were there? We were in 528 on Monday.

Would love to get copies of Sunday and Monday (since we were at both!). These were my first 2 Buffett concerts so it would be nice to have them for keepsakes as well as to enjoy again and again and again........

Thanks!

B&P por favor

Post by msharpe »

Well I am having no luck downloading the show from bootcity.org. For the life of me, I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong!

Soo....would any of you wonderful PH's who have a copy of the 9/4 show be willing to do a B&P for me? I would be VERY grateful!

Thanks! :-)

You have to download the bittorrent client I use bit tornado.
you have to register at bootcity.org -takes a minute.
then download the show or torrent file, it may take a while as it is almost a gigabyte, convert from flac - if you google both af those programs you can find them and download with no problems.

I have had to help out a few non techno Parrotheads in the last few days
but it is no problem. the reason I chose flac is because it is lossless unlike mp3. that's what flac means FREE LOSSLESS AUDIO CODEC.

I think that about covers it. any more question feel free to contact me.

Hawkfan369@insightbb.com

cheers.

Oh my, Lonepalm1, my best friend and I spoke to you outside the show! We told everyone about how great your shirt was! We were the ones in the PHUK shirts and hers had I survived Katrina on the back.

I would love copies of both shows. I'll send blanks and a SASE to anyone willing to burn them for me. PM me with an address.

I am leaving today to return to Bayou La Batre, AL. I need to check on family and friends. My internet access may be limited, but I'll get back to anyone willing to help me out.
