Where do I start...

I had no idea you could record from RM or Sirius!
I have Sirius and I could prolly figure out the recording part by reading the boards, but what I want to know is this:
I haven't recorded anything, therefore I have nothing to offer in trade. I would love to have the Shoreline show (4/25/06) but don't want to step out of bounds.
Could someone help me out on what's kosher and what's not?
