Thanks a lot. i also prefer the FTP site to vines. Will wma transfer onto iTunes?gingerbreadman wrote:Uploading some 192 Kbps wma's from Sirius source now.
I thought the wma's would be better than mp3's for those burning discs, since there won't be that little silence gap in between each song.
Should be done in about 45 minutes!
What's a non n00b?Pablo Escobar wrote:SMLCHNG wrote:Here's the thread already going.![]()

I think so. I added a wma file to iTunes and it said it would automatically convert to aac format. The file ended up having a m4a extension. Sounds fine to me.jonesbeach10 wrote:Thanks a lot. i also prefer the FTP site to vines. Will wma transfer onto iTunes?gingerbreadman wrote:Uploading some 192 Kbps wma's from Sirius source now.

I put the files in the upload area.
Take a look at this:nlcentralchmps03 wrote:I don't know too much about this FTP thing.![]()
Does that mean that the files are ready to be downloaded? If so, where is the "upload" area?

you have to change the user name when you log in. If it opens with jimmy, just add to have this instead: jimmy_upload The password is the same.jonesbeach10 wrote:umm, where is the upload section on the ftp site?nlcentralchmps03 wrote:Thanks Gingerbreadman, you just made my night!gingerbreadman wrote:Take a look at this:nlcentralchmps03 wrote:I don't know too much about this FTP thing.![]()
