I've had it, I thought it was really good. Can't help you with a recipe, although the ingredients are listed on their website menus.

Here is the traditional one, from the land "where de rum come from". The formula is written on everything there...

one of sour (shot of key lime juice, hopefully freshly squeezed)

two of sweet (two shots of bar syrup, simple syrup, or Falernum for extra !)

three of strong (three shots of GOOD rum) (Mt. Gay!)

four of weak (chilled, distilled water) (it's a rhyme, see?)

dash of angostura bitters
shake together w/ ice in shaker, pour into tall glass, nutmeg on top.

Should not have any fruit in it. Should be a pale golden brown in colour.

HOWEVER, that being said, many people who have vacationed have been served punches based on fruit juices with rum in them, so in that case you want :

equal parts of at least two fruit juices -- choose from orange, pineapple, passionfruit, guava, etc., 3 shots of good rum, a shot of triple sec, shake with ice and pour into a tall glass and many people add a dash grenadine

this kind of punch comes out pinkish in colour. All should be cold, but avoid serving over ice, as it dilutes the punch.

You can make any punch really pack a punch by using 151 proof rum, such as is made on St. Vincent.
