Easy Ice Cream sandwich cakes

This one is from a co-worker
ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE
1 box ice cream sandwiches
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 Butterfinger or Heath bar
Layer bottom of 9 x 13 pan with ice cream sandwiches. Next, layer with Cool Whip. Repeat layers. Top with crumbled candy bar. Freeze until time to serve. Serve w/hot fudge, use crumbled oreos, or add any other topping of choice

LAYERED ICE CREAM CAKE
Makes a 9”x 13” Pan
24 Ice cream sandwiches
8 oz. Cool Whip™
1 Hershey’s™ chocolate syrup bottle
1 Smuckers™ caramel syrup bottle
2 king size Butterfinger™ candy bars chopped up
1st layer -12 ice cream sandwiches
2nd – half of whipped cream
3rd - half of Butterfinger™ bars, Squeeze 1/2 of caramel &
chocolate over that.
4th - rest of ice cream sandwiches
5th – Cool Whip™
6th - rest of Butterfinger™, caramel & chocolate
You can freeze this and eat as desired! Yummy! Yummy!

I am guessing that this is a make and eat thing..

it will not hold very well once cut.. just a guess..

Made one over the weekend..........just used the ice cream sandwiches, cool whipe and Butterfingers candy bars. There were leftovers :o and we were able to refreeze, with out any problems.........it's all gone now :)

You could also use a smaller pan, and less ice cream sandwiches :)
