Mai Tai

Someone order a Mai Tai the other day and I threw something together cause I wasn't exactly sure, but as I looked into mai tai recipes I found many many different one's after a bit of experimenting with a buddy I made one that works good.

Rum
Amaretto
Triple Sec
splash of 151
Bar Sour
Pineapple Juice

Put all into shaker

strain into glass of ice

float dark rum on top

How do you guys make them?

Add some white rum and some more white rum and a dark rum floater and your set. EVERYBODY loves my Mai Tais and they are always surprised when I tell them it's just a mix. You can really load them up too!
