I take my Brats and grill them untill they have some good grill marks on them then throw in a pan on the grill with 2 beers, red onion, red pepper, green pepper and a shake or 2 of cajun and simmer for an hour or so!

Damn good that way!

Brats: German mustard & good sauerkraut. Preferably served next to a 32 oz mug of Spaten or another deeeeeelishus German beer.

Hot dogs: Depends. SOmetimes a quick splash of catsup, sometimes whole hog (so to speak) of chili & cheese.

Brats- grilled onions, peppers, brown mustard. Or mustard and relish. No grill marks (that applies to everything grilled- if I get grill marks on my steaks I'll cut them off).

Hot dogs- won't touch them, but I do like relish and mustard on soy dogs.

Yep. But I'll add ketchup or Heinz 57 to my brat, too. Maybe a pickle slice.

Brats. No bun. Dipped in mustard on a bed of sourkraut.

Hot dogs. Everywhich way. A chili dog when the bun gets nice and soaked w/ chili. I also like them traditional with mustard and ketchup and onions and relish (dill).

Love me some weenies (I don't care if it is lips and a**holes).
