Buffalo Chicken Dip
First staff carry-in this year and we did a tailgate party.
This was really good!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
12 oz. bottle buffalo sauce
16 oz. bottle ranch dressing
2 pkg. 8 ounce each, cream cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Pour the buffalo sauce over the shredded chicken and mix well.
Put in a 9x13" pan.
Over medium heat, combine ranch dressing and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
Pour over chicken.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until cheese melts, bubbles and dip begins to get brown around the edges.
Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
And of course, margaritas!

Santa also Approves of Franks...shakerofsalt wrote:We use Franks Red Hot for the sauce. This dip is awesome. I am pretty sure if you added macaroni to make it a Buffalo Mac-n-Cheese casserole it would be yummy.......just haven't had time to try it that way yet!
if I want a little heat I have some Thai hot sauce to add in..
