Same here. I cannot authenticate with the login credentials you posted. However, I can authenticate anonymous, but then can't see anything below the 'pub' directory.

Please try again via FTP, even if you already downloaded the files. I would like to know if this is gonna work for future shows.

The FTP login works now and I tested a file download. I'd much rather bulk downloading a concert via an FTP client than lots of Save As. That saves a bunch of clicks. You are in my FTP favorites now, right up there with jokelben and spooner. Thanks!

Thanks again SunLover! New system works fine. I like being able to download the "older" way (i.e. not thru FTP), so am glad it's available both ways to help both the more computer savvy and the helpless fuddy-duddies like me. Thanks again!
