2lbs Ground Beef
1lb Italian Sausage
1 cup of Italian Bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 package of prosciutto
1 package of Provolone Cheese
mix beef, sausage bread crumbs and eggs
on wax paper flatten out mixture to about 1/2 inch
lay prosciutto and Provolone cheese over this
leaving about 1/2 inch clear on each side
roll the whole thing up and seal each side as best as you can.
Place it in a long baking dish I use a glass pan
Bake it at the time and temp you would your normal meatloaf.
I'm telling you this is damn good.
