Soft Pretzels

Post by NZParrothead58 »

Hi everyone,

I made some soft pretzels with my son today and they turned out pretty good. However, I believe they could be better. Anyone have good pretzel recipes I should be trying.

Cheers

I have never made them (reheating doesn't count!) but I sure enjoy eating them.

Yellow mustard?
Brown mustard?
No mustard?

This time was no mustard, but there was a cinnamon and sugar topping and garlic and parmesan cheese topping that also sounded good. First go just had salt...they were a bit chewy the 2nd day, but I still managed to choke them down.

My boy woke up this morning and asked if we could make them again...I'd say he liked them.
