1 gallon apple juice
1/2 gallon apple cider
1 1/3 cups sugar
6 cinnamon sticks

Bring all ingredients to boil and allow to cool.

Add 1/2 liter Everclear (more or less, if you wish)

Shake well and serve over ice.
