I don't really think any cell phone is going to do a good job of recording a concert. You might get some decent pictures with one if you're close enough though. As for video, I'd suggest getting a digital camera that'll do video and use that. It should work much better if you can get it in the concert. I wouldn't expect much with any phone.

Please stop taping these shows on your cell phone. It is useless since the video and audio will s***. But mostly because it is so annoying for anyone behind you.
Most if not all shows are on Jokelben for download anyway and have great audio.

I don't know why you would risk getting in trouble to record one of his shows being he has released so many on dvd and there isn't a lot of difference between them. I know you will miss out on some of the local flavor he puts into each show but I still don't know if its worth the risk.
That being said I just picked up a Flip Mino HD this year, not planning on using it for the show but maybe some of the tailgate within reason of course, the tailgate is sometimes kinda like Vegas, what happens there stays there

The carmera is a small HD flash video camera that can record up to an hour in mp4 format and has pretty good sound too. Its about the size of a cell phone and has zoom features and playback so you can see what you have. It doesnt have any stability control so if your moving around alot it may shoot video that will give you motion sickness.
