That's pre-RM. It's not on any of the sources I'm aware of.

I know, I looked around myself, I had to toss it out there though. First show & all. Especially after I saw the intermission video for that tour. I actually remember that. I think the second set started with the nose of a plane coming out on stage and JB getting out of it or something like that!
